This one of a kind brooch has been upcycled by stacking a variety of vintage belt buckles and buttons to create a unique design. You will not find another the same.

The retro style brooch has been created from rare vintage pieces including a large oval shaped bright canary yellow belt buckle dating back from the 1960's. The next layer on the stack is a detailed white plastic belt buckle. The brooch is then stacked with a denim blue colored bakelite belt buckle, dating back to the 1930's. I then chose to embellish the brooch with small orange and brown buttons on either side of the white buckle. Finally, I have added a diamond shaped vintage wooden button to complete the unique design.

All materials are rare and have been individually sourced.

The brooch has a silver plated pin attached with a circular protective clasp.

8 cm length x 6.2 cm width
